Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong to ensure you receive the latest tech gadgets and innovative digital products as quickly as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We strive to process orders swiftly, so if you need to make changes or cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, all requests will be denied, but you can still return the product for a full refund after receiving it.

What payment methods do you accept?

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse between Monday and Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, with an additional day for shipping. Please note that orders placed during holidays or sale seasons may take slightly longer to process.

What if I don't receive my order?

All prices displayed on our site are tax-free in British Pounds, meaning you may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees once your order arrives in your country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot cover or estimate these additional charges, and we are not responsible for customs delays.
